If you have been searching for someone who will listen closely, take your concerns seriously, and help you understand your child’s health options, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

My interest in this work began with my cousin’s son, who was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. I spent many hours talking with his mother as she tried to navigate his care. She was doing her own research, asking thoughtful questions, and advocating for him, yet she kept running into roadblocks when she sought blood work, conversations about possible treatments, and holistic ways to support his health.
Her experience sounded familiar. In my work with women navigating hormone concerns, I have seen how difficult it can be to get answers, understand your options, and feel heard when you know something deserves a closer look. I believe families deserve a clinician who will listen, explain the evidence, and help them make informed decisions. Her story led me to study how I could use my clinical training and holistic approach to support families like hers.
As a mother of two boys, this work is personal in another way, too. One of my sons has ADHD. In our family, we have worked to understand his needs and explore supportive routines and holistic tools that help him participate in school and everyday activities. That experience has deepened my commitment to helping parents find individualized support for their children, whether or not medication is part of their care.
My goal is to give you a place to bring your questions and leave with a thoughtful plan for your child’s health.
I offer individualized consultations for families of neurodivergent children, including children with autism and ADHD, with a focus on their overall health and well-being.
